Anthony is able to use his senbon needles to unlock the potential abilities of people. He uses this abilities with both Shinrei and Hotaru after they defeat him. Hotaru is later able to use Black flames technique. Shinrei gets better with his water skills. Akira could not get his unlocked due to lack of Samurai blood.
