ok the anime starts out a lot different from the manga

it starts out 1600 ad onime no kyo is killing people on the sekigahara battle field before meeting kyoshiro onime no kyo and kyoshiro squar off a bit

the scene changes to the tokugawa army who ar having difficalty becouse of a big fog (the fog was maid by saizo to help yukimura and sasuke come colser to kyoshiro)

onime no kyo in the battle trys to kill kyoshiro but is blocked by yukimuras sword in time yukimura tells kyoshiro that he was sent by sakuya then yukimura asks onime no kyo if he would hold back for bit and explains he will get to fight soon yukimura then calls sasuke yukimura then oders saizo the make more fog

a meteor then crashes that as the meteor is falling yukimura sasuke and saizo flee but kyoshiro dosint pritty much sets the start of the anime series

four years laiter kyoshiro has no memories and is a medicine man and reads on a poster about onime no kyo and also there is a bounty for one million ryo

kyoshiro then notices something and rushes to see it its a pritty girl who is pretending to be sick

the scene changes to yukimura talking with sakuya about what happened four years ago yukimura then shows sakuya a sword that he plans to bring to kyoshiro called muramasa its a sword that belonged to onime no kyo yukimura then tells sakuya kyoshiro is still alive then saizo appers and starts to telk but susuke buts in saying that thay found kyoshiro which sakuya is glad to hear

elsewear kyoshiro is explianing to the young woman she is in luck and that he is a great healer and can treat anything the young woman then complains of being cold kyoshiro trys to take the opportunity not knowing its realy the young womans oppertunity the woman is a bounty hunter named shiina yuya

kyoshiro then trys sneeking away only to get shot at by yuya

on another part of the road this snake man who replaces to bontiji brothers cuts a statue in three then talks to himself saying hes near

now its back to yuya and kyoshiro kyoshiro is tyed up pritty good yuya explains that kyoshiro has the lowist bounty she ever saw and that there are many ranges of bounty and the biggest bountys are on people like onime no kyo yuya then tells kyoshiro hes like a turtle compaired to onime no kyo kyoshiro then starts babaling about turtles which makes yuya pritty mad

then that snake man shows up yuya wants to know who he is hes replys that hes the greatist being alive yuya then shoots but the shots have no effect kyoshiro screams sounding pritty funny the snake man then transformes in to the huge monster thing

the snake man begins to pound kyoshiro kyoshiro then trys to fight back with the stranges motivation yuyas boobs the snake man pounds kyoshiro evan more

yukimura and sasuke are hiding behind some bushes watching kyoshiro then grabs one of the whips the snake man is using and seems pissed kyoshiro now has red eyes yukimura then pulls the muramasa sword from his obi and gives it to kyoshiro who has now turned into onime no kyo
